1.Founder & Operations

San Stringer

"Over the past 10+ years, I've worked across game engineering, production, live operations, and business development, contributing to indie, mobile, and PC game development. My experience includes production within the CurseForge (StarCraft II) ecosystem, senior production on commercially successful mobile titles, and founding both Android Shark and Mega Games Network (Global).

Few people get to see as much of the industry as I have. I've worked on hundreds of projects and watched studios grow, pivot, and disappear, gaining a perspective that extends well beyond any single discipline."

1.Founder & Operations
San Stringer

San is a game executive with 10+ years across production, QA, and launch operations in global gaming markets.

With a background in game engineering and business development, he began his career building UI/UX systems and gameplay prototypes for indie and commercial projects. He later moved into live operations within CurseForge (StarCraft II), where he managed production and community-facing systems within one of the world's largest modding ecosystems tied to one of gaming's most successful RTS franchises.

During this period, he also served as a senior producer on highly rated mobile titles, leading mid-scale teams in delivering against commercial objectives.

In 2021, he co-founded Android Shark, a platform focused on review metrics and performance data across the $130B+ mobile games market, helping hundreds of indie developers improve discovery outcomes. Built on years of market insight, MGN Global was later formed in 2024 to address a persistent gap in remote QA and launch readiness for PC game development studios.

Having over three decades of deep exposure to gaming culture, San brings a practical operator's perspective and a lifelong understanding of the players, genres, and communities that drive the industry.

Today, his work focuses on market advisory and scaling the next generation of game studios.
